Franklyn’s motto to always commit to excellent customer service stays with him throughout his 15 years career as hospitality professional. Starting off as airport representative in Movenpick Hotel Doha, Qatar, he soon found home in Rooms Operations. He returned in 2007 to join Discovery Kartika Plaza Bali, overseeing front desk, where he was awarded the Best Reception of the Year in Bali.
His journey with Marriott International started in 2010 as Duty Manager with W Bali Seminyak. Within 5 years, he has advanced several key leadership positions in Rooms Operations. After completing deployment as Task Force General Manager in Manado also Medan, he landed in Bandung in 2017 for his first General Manager assignment at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung. His most recent assignment was as General Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta, since 2019.
With his 15-year experience in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge about hotel, General Manager Franklyn Kocek is a great asset to The Stones – Legian, Bali.
