Exquisite Culinary Collaboration of Six Marriott’s Hotels in Bali
Celebrating Indonesia’s 72nd Independence Day

On 18th July 2017, six chefs of six MARRIOTT Hotels battled to showcase their talents in a ‘black box competition’ with the help of 12 future chefs from the hospitality schools in Bali.
This event was held as part of the Marriott Indonesia Culinary Journey 2017 which will be held from 12th August 2017 at various participating Marriott hotels in Indonesia.

The same competition was also held by the aforementioned participating hotels, allowing Marriott chefs in Indonesia to have freedom and room for creativity in selecting their favourites out of the sister hotels’ best dishes.  The menu featured on 10th August-10th September at The Stones’ The Long Rice Table restaurant is selected from Marriott hotels in Manado, Medan, Jakarta, Lombok, and Surabaya.Check their profile below!
